Problem: Nobody connects to my game
- Check to make sure that UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled on the host's router. Jet Sky uses UPnP to interconnect peers, and this needs to be fully enabled for it to function normally. This can be enabled on most routers - some routers list the connections explicitly. When hosting, check to see if the port "4444" is being used by your local machine; this will indicate UPnP is initializing correctly.
- If the host's router doesn't explicitly support UPnP, or you do not wish to use that functionality, you may also manually "port forward" to Jet Sky. Be sure to specify port "4444" on the router and local machine. This functionality is supported on most routers.
- Be sure to check the firewall settings on both the host and client machines. Either allow the application through the firewall, or disable the firewall entirely, but only do so if you are confident in your computers security.
- Check to make sure that your version of the game is the latest version, and matches the server that you are connecting to. The current version is ALPHA 1.2
